ING Investment Management, Americas, has hired Jonathan Golub in the newly created position of chief market strategist. Previously Golub was chief investment strategist with Bear Stearns. The firm also announced the hiring of Michael Forstl as VP of business development. ? NAVA, the National Association for Insured Retirement Solutions, has hired a new general counsel, Lee Covington, an insurance industry veteran who most recently served as co-leader for the National Insurance Practice at Squire Sanders and Dempsey in Washington. ? Stephen Deschenes has been appointed senior VP and general manager of Sun Life Financial's U.S. Annuities Division. ? Asset Management Finance LLC (AMF) has named Brian D. Finn Chief Executive Officer. ? John Grady has joined New York Life Insurance Company's Corporate Finance Department as a senior vice president responsible for the Mergers & Acquisitions area and the Treasury Department. ? Executive vice president and chief portfolio manager John Hakopian has been promoted to president of The Keller Group Investment Management, Inc., Irvine, California.
