So maybe they're up to their necks in debt, but no one's ever labeled boomers undetermined to succeed.

Over the past decade or so, the highest rate of entrepreneurial activity belongs to the 55-to-64 age group, according to the Kauffman Foundation, which has released a study on how entrepreneurship will drive the economy back to health. The 20-to-34 age bracket, meanwhile, has the lowest.
