- Nothing but the Best Execution Along with the many other fiduciary obligations owed by RIAs, firms owe a duty to seek best execution of clients transactions. If they fail to do, RIAs violate Section 206 of the Investment Advisers Act.
Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass., Ranking Member of the House Financial Services Committee, has announced the Committee’s six subcommittee Ranking Members along with the Democratic members of those committees. These recommendations, the committee notes, will be forwarded to the Democratic Caucus for final approval.
