Heath Abshure, NASAA President
Heath Abshure is the Arkansas securities commissioner. He began a one-year term as president of the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) in September 2012. NASAA's membership includes 67 state, provincial and territorial securities administrators in the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada and Mexico. In 2011, he was appointed as a member of the Securities and Exchange Commission's Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies.
