Jack Herstein, NASAA
Jack E. Herstein is assistant director of the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance and head of the department's Bureau of Securities. A graduate of the University of Nebraska, he began his one-year term as president of the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) in September 2011. NASAA's membership includes 67 state, provincial, and territorial securities administrators in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada and Mexico.
