Philip Chao, CFP, AIFA, founded Chao & Company Inc., Ltd., an independent SEC Registered Investment Advisor and an employee benefits consulting firm, in 1990. Based in Vienna, Va., the firm offers investment advice primarily to ERISA plan sponsors, corporate clients and non-profit organizations. Mr. Chao also serves as an independent trustee for health and welfare trusts. On a selective basis, Chao & Co. also offers investment advice and management to high net worth individuals and families.
